Terms of use

Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Purpose

These terms of use govern the use of the Fuzain service (AI-assisted Power BI report mockups, review, sign-off and export), published by Martin Verrier, sole trader (EI). They apply to anyone using the service: registered users, invited members and reviewers using share links. Commercial terms (prices, payment, subscription term and cancellation) are set out in the terms of sale. Only the French version is legally binding.

2. Registration and access

The service is reserved for businesses. Registration uses a sign-in link sent by email or a Google or Microsoft account, followed by creating an organisation or accepting an invitation, ticking the box to accept these terms. Each account is personal: users keep their access confidential and promptly report any unauthorised use to contact@fuzain.ai. An organisation administrator manages its members, their roles and share links. Reviewers using a public link can comment without an account, under a nickname.

3. Acceptable use

Users undertake to:

  • not import or enter any real personal or business data in briefs, mockups and comments: the service is designed to work with fictitious data;
  • not publish any unlawful, abusive or defamatory content, or content infringing the rights of others;
  • not attempt to access other organisations’ data, bypass the limits of the service (quotas, seats, read-only mode) or disrupt its operation;
  • not scrape the service or use it to build a competing service;
  • respect intellectual property rights in the documents they import.

The publisher may remove a manifestly unlawful or abusive comment and suspend access in case of serious breach, after informing the organisation administrator, except in an emergency.

4. Artificial intelligence

Mockups, specifications and classifications proposed by AI are generated automatically and may contain errors: they must be reviewed and approved before any use. For each task, the necessary texts (brief, imported specifications, mockup specification, comments) are sent to AI models through OpenRouter, to providers with no retention and no training on this content. No real business data is required. When the user connects a mockup to their customer’s semantic model, AI may propose field mappings and the DAX of the measures to create: it then receives the metadata of the sanitised model (names and descriptions of tables, columns and measures, types, formats, DAX expressions of measures with their string literals masked) and the mockup fields, never its data or its sources. These proposals are checked again by code and only take effect after a decision by the user.

5. Delivery to a Git repository

When the service offers to deliver a Power BI project to a Git repository (GitHub or Azure DevOps), the user who uses this feature authorises the publisher to write only to the repositories they designate: by installing the Fuzain GitHub application on those repositories, or by giving their consent to the Fuzain Microsoft application for Azure DevOps. They confirm that they hold, within their organisation, the necessary rights on those repositories.

  • The service only adds its own files, in a dedicated branch, and proposes the changes through a pull request; it never merges a pull request and does not change the base branch.
  • Reviewing and merging the pull request are the sole responsibility of the customer organisation.
  • The authorisation can be withdrawn at any time at GitHub (uninstalling the application or removing a repository) or at Microsoft (withdrawing consent); the organisation administrator can also remove the connection in the service.
  • The service keeps no access token beyond a delivery. It reads the semantic model in the repository without keeping its files: only its metadata (names, descriptions, DAX expressions) is kept, never its data or its sources.

GitHub and Microsoft are services chosen by the customer organisation, governed by the contracts it has entered into with them.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its interface, its texts and the Fuzain brand remain the property of the publisher; users receive a personal, non-exclusive right of use for the duration of their access. Content created by users (briefs, mockups, specifications, comments, exported PBIP projects) belongs to their organisation; the publisher only uses it to provide the service.

7. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. For project content, the publisher acts as a processor on behalf of the client organisation.

8. Availability

The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access (maintenance, updates, provider incidents). Planned maintenance is announced where possible.

9. End of access and data

Users can leave an organisation or request the deletion of their account at contact@fuzain.ai. The administrator can remove a member, export the organisation’s data and request its deletion, effective 30 days after the request (cancellation period). At the end of a subscription, a trial or a pilot access without a subscription, the organisation becomes read-only and its deletion is scheduled 30 days later (extended while purchased AI credits remain valid, up to 12 months): a new subscription cancels it, and export remains possible until then (privacy policy, terms of sale). The publisher may end a user’s access in case of serious breach of these terms.

10. Liability

Users are responsible for the content they enter and for how they use the mockups and reports produced. The publisher’s liability towards client organisations is governed by the terms of sale.

11. Changes

The publisher may update these terms. Any significant change is announced at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email or in the application; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the competent courts for the publisher’s business address have jurisdiction.
