Terms of sale

Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Scope

These terms of sale apply to subscriptions and AI credits for the Fuzain service sold by Martin Verrier, sole trader (EI, French micro-enterprise), SIRET 932 769 912 00019, 262 allée de la Cascade des Pins, 06610 La Gaude, France, contact@fuzain.ai (“the publisher”), to any client organisation (“the client”). They prevail over any other document of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing (Business plan in particular). They are accepted by ticking the box provided before each payment, in the application and then on the payment page. Only the French version is legally binding.

2. Business clients only

The service is sold exclusively to businesses acting for the purposes of their trade. By accepting these terms, the client declares that it is acting as a business and provides its organisation’s company name. Consumer protection provisions of the French Consumer Code, including the right of withdrawal, do not apply.

3. Description of the service

Fuzain is an online software service (SaaS) for AI-assisted Power BI report mockups: art direction studio, mockup generation and editing, sharing and review by reviewers, sign-off with acceptance report, feedback arbitration and export of Power BI projects (PBIP). The features of each plan are presented on the Billing page of the application before subscribing.

4. Plans, seats and AI credits

  • Starter: up to 2 seats and 5 projects, 1,000 AI credits per seat per month.
  • Pro: unlimited seats and projects, 2,500 AI credits per seat per month.
  • Business: on quotation, under specific written terms (seats, AI credits, duration, renewal), including white label.

A seat is a person who is an organisation administrator, or a creator or arbiter in at least one project; commenters, viewers and reviewers using share links are free and unlimited. One AI credit equals USD 0.01 of AI cost actually consumed. On monthly billing, the included quota resets on the 1st of each month (Paris time) and does not roll over. On yearly billing, the whole year’s credits (12 times the monthly quota per seat: 12,000 per seat on Starter, 30,000 on Pro) are granted at the start of the yearly period and remain valid until its end, with no monthly reset and no rollover to the following year; a seat added or an upgrade to Pro during the year is credited pro rata for the remaining months.

Volume discount (Pro plan): the publisher’s partner consultancies may receive, with a promotion code it gives them, a discount on the seat price, on monthly and yearly billing alike, under the conditions of that code (minimum subscription amount in particular). Once applied at subscription, the discount remains for the whole duration of the subscription, including if the number of seats changes afterwards.

Packs of 1,000 additional credits, reserved for subscribers, are valid for 12 months, used after included credits and non-refundable. They can only be used while a subscription is active: without a subscription they are frozen, and they become usable again if a new subscription is taken out before they expire.

5. Trial

Each new organisation gets a free 14-day trial, without a card, with Pro features and 300 AI credits. If no subscription is taken out by the end of the trial, the organisation becomes read-only: its content can still be viewed and acceptance reports downloaded, but nothing can be created or modified; its data is then deleted as set out in the “Data and reversibility” article.

6. Prices

Prices are in euros, per seat for subscriptions: on monthly billing, Starter €49 and Pro €99 per month; on yearly billing, Starter €490 and Pro €990 per year, i.e. two months free (launch prices). AI credits are sold per pack (€15 for 1,000 credits). The applicable price is the one shown on the payment page at the time of the order.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: prices are net. Should the publisher become liable for VAT, it will be added to prices under the rules in force (reverse charge for clients established in another EU Member State with a valid VAT number). Promotion codes apply under their own conditions; only one code can be entered per subscription, on the payment page. Consultancies selected by the publisher for its pilot programme receive, with the programme’s promotion code entered at subscription, a 50% discount for the first twelve months of their subscription; cancelling the subscription ends it. Business plan prices are those of the accepted quotation.

7. Order and payment

The subscription is taken out by the organisation administrator from the Billing page, after entering billing details. Payment is made by card on Stripe’s secure page: in advance, every month or every year depending on the chosen billing period, for subscriptions; upon order for credits. The subscription takes effect when payment is confirmed.

On monthly billing, added seats and upgrades are invoiced pro rata on the next invoice; reductions are credited pro rata on subsequent invoices. On yearly billing, switching from monthly to yearly, added seats and upgrades are invoiced immediately, pro rata for the remaining period; reductions (fewer seats, lower plan, back to monthly) take effect at the end of the current yearly period, without refund or credit. The Business plan is invoiced according to the accepted quotation, in principle yearly and in advance: the invoice is sent by email and payable by bank transfer within 30 days, unless the quotation sets another due date.

Invoices are issued electronically and can be downloaded from the billing portal.

8. Late payment and non-payment

If a payment fails, new attempts are made automatically and the client is notified by email; for an invoice payable by bank transfer, reminders are sent before and after its due date. Full access is kept for 14 days after the failed payment or the invoice due date. After that, the organisation becomes read-only and the subscription may be cancelled; data deletion then follows the “Data and reversibility” article.

Any amount unpaid when due bears, automatically and without prior notice, late payment penalties at three times the French statutory interest rate, plus a fixed recovery fee of €40 (articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code), without prejudice to further compensation on proof. No discount is granted for early payment.

9. Term and cancellation

The subscription is concluded for one month or one year depending on the chosen billing period (for the Business plan, for the duration set in the quotation), and renewed automatically for the same duration. The client can cancel it at any time from the billing portal: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period, without pro rata refund.

The publisher may terminate the subscription in case of serious breach of the terms of sale or terms of use by the client, after formal notice that remains unheeded for 15 days, or immediately in case of fraudulent use. Should the service be discontinued, the publisher gives 6 months’ notice.

10. Data and reversibility

During the subscription, the client can export its content (JSON archive, PBIP projects of each version, acceptance reports). In read-only mode, the JSON archive and acceptance reports remain downloadable.

At the end of the subscription, or of the trial without a subscription, the organisation becomes read-only and its deletion, with all its data, is scheduled 30 days later; this period is extended until purchased AI credits that are still valid expire, up to 12 months. Administrators are notified by email, then again 7 days before the deletion. A new subscription taken out in the meantime cancels the deletion: content and credits are recovered. The administrator can also export the data and bring the deletion forward from the “Data & privacy” page. Personal data in projects is processed in accordance with the privacy policy and the data processing agreement (DPA), available on request. Invoices are kept for 10 years.

11. Availability and support

The service is provided without a quantified availability commitment, except under the specific terms of the Business plan. Support is provided by email at contact@fuzain.ai on business days.

12. Liability

The publisher is bound by an obligation of means. Its liability can only be incurred for proven fault and for direct damage only; indirect damage such as loss of revenue, customers or data, or damage to reputation, is excluded. AI-generated proposals must be checked by the client, which remains responsible for their use.

Except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, the publisher’s total liability, for all causes combined, is capped at the amounts actually paid by the client for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

13. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a failure caused by force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including the failure of a hosting or payment provider beyond its control.

14. Changes to prices and terms

The publisher may change its prices, the content of its plans and these terms. The client is informed by email at least 30 days before they take effect and may cancel its subscription free of charge before that date. Otherwise, the new terms apply from the following period.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. The parties first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, any dispute relating to their formation, performance or interpretation falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts for the publisher’s business address, including in case of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
